Change Public declaration to DITA 1.2

Hello,

I am having a difficult time changing the Public ID from:
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DITA 1.1 Concept//EN"
to
PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DITA 1.2 Concept//EN"

I have gone through the help file and tried several things with no luck. I must be doing something wrong. In my latest attempt, I have used dtd2ini to create a content model from the DITA 1.2 ditabase.dtd. Now I can't get Mif2Go to use it.

Here's the [Topic} section of the content model (DITAconcept.ini) I placed here: C:/DATA/OMSYS/myproject/config
