More about the Bradframers outage phenomenom

At the Findmail website for the Framers list
(www.egroups.conm/list/framers/), the last posted email message (as of 11:30
AM PST) is #21167 from David Wraight, Subject title RE: starting pdf book
with TOC. On that site, this posting was time-stamped at 5:23 PM on 11/8.

But that exact same message (the only one I've received so far today from
BradFramers) did not get distributed to the list until Monday morning, and
is time stamped at 9:22 AM on 11/9.

What this suggests is that the list server is shutting down late each day
(either intentionally or because of a bug), and doesn't get restarted until
some human intervention occurs the following day (or, in the case of
weekends, the Monday or Tuesday after a Friday shutdown).
