Some thoughts on using Adobe's feedback email address.
If you have a complaint about FrameMaker, give context to your complaint
and say how the current design interrupts or derails your workflow.
Don't just ask for features; succinctly explain why and how a new
feature would enhance your productivity.

This feedback address was reiterated to us at a meeting yesterday that
Adobe held here in the Twin Cities about the Future of FrameMaker.
In-depth suggestions for the direction of the product after v6.0 were
solicited from the user community. This makes all this current
speculation arising on these lists about "the death of FrameMaker" seem
especially pathetic and groundless.
We all had to sign non-disclosure agreements, so don't ask me about what
we saw and heard there. Suffice it to say that there is significant
effort being made by Adobe to both manufacture (i.e. improve) and market
this product more effectively. I'd suggest, especially to the person who
started this flurry of speculation, that they spend more time talking to
their suppliers so that they get invited to such meetings. If your
supplier doesn't know about such events, it's time to change suppliers.
(The other Jugadores have not been good-little-do-bees, so I had to make
them stay and home and work on Project Bazutador.)

Just a reminder that Mark Hilton, FM Product Manager, posted this
address for sending in enhancement requests:
