I for one would like to personally thank you for providing timely
responses to concerns of Frame users. I know that monitoring (and
responding to) this list is above and beyond what might be your normal
duties.
And just by responding (thus providing your e-mail address), leaves you
open to, possibly, some errant e-mail. Though I know the majority of
framers are responsible.
I hope, no I pray that the forum that Mark has provided (
framemaker-feedback) is not abused. I know for the most part that you
will receive positive, objective feedback, and long may this continue.
I know that you may receive the odd, non-constructive, emotion filled
comments, but I hope that these are few and far between.
I plea with the framer community to be most responsible, as I know most,
here, are.
