Re: line numbers?--OOPS!

In my earlier post on this subject I stated:
"The only approach that seems viable (and it is very cumbersome) is to
create a very narrow sidehead column....."

Obviously, a sidehead column doesn't work. The narrow line numbering column
must be a narrow text column having a separate text flow that is created on
the master pages. In my earlier post, replace "sidehead" with "Line
Numbering Column". It's still very cumbersome.
