Framers salary survey

Greetings,

As one always interested in both pricing FM services to our clients and hiring
the services of free-lance Framers, I am wondering if anybody has done salary
surveys or Frame services pricing surveys?

Would there be any interest in such?

Normally these things are done using postal mail to reasonably carefully
screened mailing lists, with an anonymous response mechanism.  That is not so
easy to do via email; at least not the anonymous part.  Any thoughts?
