1. In Windows Explorer, rightClick an *.fm file
2. A context menu opens, select: Open with ...
3.1 Select your Frame Application from the list
3.2 or, if Frame isn't on the list, select: choose program ...,
and click through to your Frame app directory
4. check the box: 'always use the selected program ....'
