Alas, the default Acrobat Distiller printer instance settings
are hard-boiled into the Distiller installer which is already
set in concrete. We'll try to get some good information into
the ReadMe and I will try to get our Acrobat development team
to listen to me before the next major version of Distiller
and Acrobat go out. (8^(>
