(1) Don't use "save as PDF".
(2) Either use the "Acrobat Distiller" printer created by the
Acrobat installer (and I hope you are REALLY using Acrobat 4.05a,
not 4.0) which sends the PostScript directly to the Distiller for
you OR create a printer instance using the Acrobat Distiller PPD
(found in the Distilr\XTRAS directory of Acrobat).
