Frame feature request (Windows)

As long as we're putting our bids in...

This Windows-only change would be simple to implement (I think), and useful 
to anyone with multiple Frame versions on the same Wintel machine.

   New command -- File / Update Registry

   Effect -- Rewrite Registry entries making this
     the version associated with "Frame" files.
     Identical to what the install routine does
     when a new version of Frame is installed.
