Or, if you had FrameScript (<http://www.fsl.com/>, you could run this
script:
loop forEach(PgfFmt) in(ActiveDoc) loopVar(vCurrPgfFmt)
initVal(FirstPgfFmtInDoc)
write console vCurrPgfFmt.name;
endLoop
Then drag through the contents of the console window, copy, and paste
somewhere.
