I haven't seen an answer posted yet, so thought I should reply. (of
course, I've been out for a couple of weeks, ans have only about 700
emails to catch up on!)

Kay -

the key combination shift-F8 sets the paragraph, character and table
designer windows to all AS-IS.

There is also the option on the commands pop-up menu in each of the
designers to "Set Window to As Is", but that's not a keyboard shortcut
as you requested.

If you're asking how to set some other window to as is, more info will
be appreciated.
