If I'm not mistaken, this depends on whether or not an automatic font
substitution is specified in the maker.ini file for your font.
If a font substitution is specified, it's done in the background
without showing a dialog. If a missing font isn't part of the font
substitution info in maker.ini, you get the dialog. But I haven't
tested this thoroughly.
Remember Missing Font Names only affect what font names are actually
saved if you later on save a file which had font substitutions.
I think the dialog works independent of that setting.
