If it's hidden, it's not exported to SGML, otherwise it is. But, when you
import an SGML document instance (i.e., one that was originally exported
from FM+SGML) which contains unhidden conditional, the condition tags are no
longer present. In other words, the condition tags for unhidden conditional
text do not survive the round trip.
