Imported into FM first as GIF, then as TIF.
It prints OK in both formats from a graphics program.

OK, so the complete space occupying the graphic is a gray
box on the printed page? This sounds to me like the graphics
is in a format that your HP printer cannot handle, e.g.
EPS graphics for a non-PS printer.
