RE: Revision (point) pages

Take note that the Freeze Pagination "feature" cannot be used in a
structured FrameMaker+SGML document, because it creates a separate text
flow, requiring the content in the new text flow to start with a
highest-level document. However, I have developed a solution to this problem
for structured documents.
