Will anyone advice whether all the features of SGML can be handled by
creating SGML application or I have to use Frame Devoloper's kit. What is
the advantage of using Frame Devoloper's kit. Any suggestion is most welcome.

The on-line Developer's Guide tells you how to create an SGML import/exort
application. There is no "advantage" whatsoever in using the Frame
Developer's kit (FDK). It comes into play only when the limitations of
FM+SGML's import/export capabilities force you to use it. If your DTD is
properly designed for compatibility with FM+SGML, you should not have to
used the FDK.
